Service Description

This package includes four 30-minute phone/Skype appointments (video call), unlimited text/email questions for two weeks and a personalized sleep training guide. Additionally, this package includes a one hour in-home consultation in Phoenix, AZ (and surrounding areas) where I observe the typical night routine to critique as needed. In addition, I will come for two nights (2 hours/night) to personally guide you into implementing the schedule and sleep training. An additional $20 will be added for every half hour over scheduled appointment time.
