Service Description

This package includes four 30-minute phone/Skype appointments (video call), unlimited text/email questions for two weeks and a personalized sleep training guide. Additionally, this package includes an in-home consultation in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas (where I observe the typical night routine to critique as needed); followed by two nights personally guiding you into implementing the schedule and sleep training yourself. In addition I spend a weekend with your child and get him/her onto a schedule myself.
